fashion A branch
A man walking in the night slipped from a rock. Afraid that he would
fall down thousands of feet, because he knew that place was a very deep
valley, he took hold of a branch that was hanging over the rock. In the
night all he couls see was a bottomless abyss. He shouted, his own
shout reflected back--there was nobody to hear.
You can
imagine that man and his whole night of scare. Every moment there was
death, his hands were becoming cold, he was losing his grip...... and
as the sun came out he looked down and he laughed. There was no abyss.
Just six inches down there was a rock. He could have rested the whole
night, slept well---the rock was big enough---but the whole night was a
nightmare.
Fear is only six inches deep. Now it is up to you
whether you want to go on cling to the branch and turn your life into a
nightmare, or whether you would love to leave the branch and stand on
your feet.
There is nothing to fear.
Parenting World’s Strictest Parents
The World’s Strictest Parents is a television series conceptualized and brought into fruition by Twenty Twenty Television and was originally broadcasted by BBC. The United States’ Country Music Television (CMT) and Australia’s Channel Seven both came up with their local versions of the hit TV series.
The
primary concept behind the show is that two “unruly” teenagers are sent
packing by their parents to live overseas with a strict host family for
an entire week in an attempt to modify their heedless behavior. During
the week they would receive an impact letter from their birth parents with a list of issues that they should try to correct.
In
the United States, it takes on the format of a reality TV show with a
running time of one hour. It was originally slated to be aired by MTV
and the pilot episode was broadcasted on April 18, 2009. CMT eventually
took over the show which is currently on its second season. Unlike the
original series, the teenagers remained in their... (more)

5 thoughts I usually have:
1. I don't want to do _____ anymore. I'm going to sleep/eat/watch tv/run away now.
2. So tired. This is what it must feel like the second before you die. EXCEPT THIS KEEPS ON GOING FOREVER.
3. Nom nom nom (don't ask)
4. I wonder what this will look like if I draw it on my arm/leg/stomach (proceeds to draw ___ on arm/leg/stomach)
5. WOW
Anyways, I think there's something wrong with me. I think the reason why sefton guys (or any guy our age) seem like, the opposite of attractive to me is because I older men are so much better. LOL. I can't believe I wrote that sentence. That seems like such a blonde cheerleader bubblegum thing to say. But seriously, if Hugh Laurie or Stephen Fry (or Gregory Peck, even though he's dead) asked me to have their babies, I would totally do it. Actually, even without their consent... never mind. You never heard that.
Also, let me introduce you to Gregory Peck whose amazingness is self evident:
Actually, even photos don't give him... (more)
blogerista Land of the Heroes
You don't know how proud I am to be a Filipino.
Our land have cradle such brave and fearless individuals who made sacrifices for the betterment of the country. From the books of history we have read that dozens and dozens of names were categorized as heroes. They fought for freedom and given up their lives for others to live. From Lapu-lapu to Ninoy Aquino. And the our story moves on.
In this modern time, I was able to witness new heroes. Just like the unsung heroes, our soldiers, our Overseas Filipino Workers who were parted from their families just to bring better lives to them.
But aside from them, we still have the recent individuals who make us proud being filipino.
Despite the tragedy from the typhoons that passed, the quarter storm bought some very very good things. And let me name some of them.
